Notes
This skills requires at least a level 4 in the Aerotheurge Ability. If you don't meet this requirement, the Action Points cost to use it will be increased.
You need at least 12 in Intelligence to avoid the low attribute penalty.
The cooldown from this skill decreases with higher levels of Intelligence.
