Mercenaries in Divinity: Dragon Commander are hired guns that are activated during the deployment phase before actual combat. These cards may range in capability from a group of Troopers to a heavy Juggernaut flagship. Use these cards to catch your opponent off-guard, or to increase your army’s potency in a big battle. Mercenary Cards are solely played during the deployment phase before combat.
